gold/emerald key glitch

hi everyone!

good news - i just collected my last gold key. bad news - everytime i try to select my prize, an emerald key, i get logged out of ww. has this happened to anyone else? what should i do?

Yes. just this morning! I called ganz and they said it's a glitch, they are aware of problem and when they fix it we will be able to get our prize. No word on how long that will take? And I asked about vacation raffle prizes and they said they are aware of that problem too. No word as to how long it will take to fix it.

So you won't feel alone, I just found my last green key ( for the first time) and the same thing happened. Called Ganz and got the same information-they know, they are working on it, but they do not know when it will be fixed.

Just to time stamp this ongoing problem, I just got my last gold key and get logged out when I attempt to use it. My only problem with this is that I can't get any other gold keys until this is solved. If someone has a solution, pm or leave message on my profile? I sometime get lost looking for my posts.

I'm pretty sure it affects all the keys.

Yep. Affects the Silver keys too.

Just got my last one today and it logged me out when I clicked on the door.....so that means the glitch affects all three colors of keys.
My question is what happens to any keys I get in the mean time ?? Lose them ??
