I got the Magical Forest to load finally, and then I managed to find the last Giggly Zum I needed!

Oh, well, at least I got my silver key prize ... and no point in trying to call in to Ganz for a while, I hear the lines are all busy thanks to the Ghost issues...

Well, I did try to call, but the line was busy. I'll try again tomorrow ... guess no-one else has had the problem...which is a good thing, I spose!

Why is it every time they fix one problem in Webkinz World another problem is created?! It gets so frustrating....I finally got my silver key prize, but I just completed my first page of Zums and got booted out of Webkinz World just like the silver key issue...AARGH!!!!

Ahh...so I am not alone. Thank you for that! Sorry to hear of your troubles. I'm going to try again tomorrow after maintenance and see if the problem is still there. If it is, I'll try a little more dilligently to get through to the call center. Then I'll update...

I doubt it. As I was saying to a friend, I wonder if they're not like Microsoft, and just let their customers be their Beta testers ...

Just called in to Webkinz Support. The representative told me that they're going to start working on it tomorrow. I assume that they're a little swamped dealing with ghost issues, tho she didn't say ... She also took my telephone number and promised to call me back.

Update ~ Turns out it was a good thing she had my telephone number. She had misunderstood me and thought it was a Zum code issue. When things got cleared up, she was no longer certain that the techs were aware of the problem. She sent them a message and again promised to call me with developments! Nice!
