Disappearing Zums Already Collected:(

Has anyone had this happen? I have 2 accounts with active zumwhere access. I had been waiting to find my last lazy zum on both accounts to be able to collect the gift. So, I found a lazy zum on one account, but it still had an empty space once I opened the lazy zum page. So, I thought that maybe I was mistaken. The next day, I found a lazy zum on the OTHER account, and said to myself that I MUST have been mistaken and confused the accounts. BUT I did make a mental note to myself that I was absolutely sure that I needed just 1 more lazy zum on both accounts. Found a lazy zum today, and when I went to the page to claim my prize, there was still an empty space, as if I still had to collect another lazy zum. I am sooo disappointed, and don't know why this is happening. I don't even bother to keep track of which zums I collect...I thought ww was doing that for me. Any ideas as to what I should do?

Sorry for what happened but you probably found a lazy zum you already have sometimes that happens to me that has happened with a giggly zum and a peeking zum for me. Which really stinks!=(
