Can't open Silver door?

I have 2 accounts with 15 keys waiting to pick our prize, just ganna get a gold key, saving them up for the emerald key
I hope it gets fixed, because on one of them today got another silver key doing the Magic Mires and no additional key

I know!! I just got it yesterday, tried opening it 3 times, and still not opening! Just says "I'm sorry, we cannot connect you to Webkinz World ..."

This is a current problem. There is a long thread on the silver (and other) keys at http://www.webkinzinsider.com/forum/...57/index2.html

You should search for info on your issue before posting - it will save you time in getting answers.

when I click on the door it just kicks me off. are they thinking about fixing this problem? what happens if I find another key? Do I just lose the key, does it Give me a Emerald key then? LOL

Yes! Everyone has this problem! I wish Ganz would fix it soon; it's been going on since September!

The prizes you can choose the silver keys are pixie pod ballons, a pink crystal, a magical top hat, or a gold key. All the gold key does is add a gold key to your gold key collection
