Can't open Silver door?

My mom finally got all her silver keys, but when she clicked on the door, it logged her out. What should we do?

You can't do anything.
It is also affecting my gold key door, I would just say wait, everyone is having this problem too

I have been trying to open my silver key door for a week now. I also get logged out each time I try to open it. Since this seems to be a problem with all accounts does Ganz know about it and are they working on fixing it? Does anyone know? I have been thinking about contacting them but won't if they already know and are working on it.

It's in the Wiki glitch reports, and it's the same for my gold key door. Got my final gold key the other day and the same thing happens.

Having the same problem with my gold keys and it logs me out. I've call Webkinz for weeks now and all they keep saying is they no about the problem and they don't know when it will be fixed just keep trying it till it works the lady on the phone said. I wish they would spend more of there time fixing the problems instead of making so much morenew stuff to add to more problems. All the children are getting so up set with these issues.

I only started MM about a month ago, I have only have 7 silver keys. But, I've heard widely of this problem and if I were you, I would probably wait to open any of the key doors until this glitch is solved. You can try calling Ganz but they'll probably just say they know and are working on it. Good luck to all!
