Clearing your cache and cookies doesn't prevent you from logging in. I haven't been able to log into the asian accounts. My guess is that they are still booting up some servers.

which browser are you using?

hitting refresh just refreshes the page you are viewing...it doesn't do anything to the cache/cookies.

im using an aol browser but i can also use firefox or internet explorer.

ok now i can't get on. the matnince is going on till 5:30 my time! ugh! hopefully their fixing the clubhouse and so that everyone can see the game and the new item

I'm so glad U wrote that! Most kids wouldn't think twice! However I deleted my cookies, but I have no idea what or which cache files to delete. I deleted my cookies under tools. But see nothing about cache? I did a search & there are tons of file attached to my programs that I don't want to delete. Any help would be apprecaited!!!???

You are using a browser I am not familiar with. I suggest that you ask an adult who knows the computer. I am an adult and my husband does tech support so I am pretty comfortable. The cache you are referring to for programs should not be touched. Try just deleting the cookies and see if that works for you.

I agree with Kinzie...but firefox won't delete the passwords unless you choose to. If the computer doesn't belong to you (if you are a child/teen) please confirm with your parents before doing anything.

How do i delete Cache and Cookies?

On Firefox, if you look at the top left of your screen, click TOOLS.
Next, click OPTIONS.
Next, click PRIVACY.
Next, click SHOW COOKIES.

Now, you can either delete the cookies one by one. Or you can REMOVE ALL COOKIES.

Just a warning, if you use tinypic . com, you may lose all of your saved pictures. I believe tinypic saves your pictures through cookies.

I'm not sure what to do. My mom can't get it to show up on her computer either. It has something to do with your computer. *shrug* Cause when I logged on to my mom's account on my computer, it worked just fine and Alyssa's Star Challenge was there. Hmm.
