Look at the top right hand corner of your toolbar at the top. Click : Tools
then click: internet options.

then click delete
then click: delete all.
then click: yes.

I was able to find a star on all of my accounts and I was awarded a "Star Cookie" on one.

It also helps to clear the cache and cookies if you play randomly awarded trophies too.

Well, I did that & now webkinz is temp down! I got in before!!! Now that I delete my cookies it won't let me in. I live in MASS & it's 5pm here. It says it will be down until 4pm. Could do my stuff @ 4pm but I couldn't see tthe game! Any other sugguestions?

dang it!!!!! i accidentally logged out of webkinz and cant get back in cuz they are still doing maintenance!! dang!!

I've been logged in since 4...I figured I do my daillies and I just won another 1000 on wishing well...it's the 2nd time this week...too bad it wasn't in the middle...dratz lol

Clearing your cache and cookies doesn't prevent you from logging in. I haven't been able to log into the asian accounts. My guess is that they are still booting up some servers.

which browser are you using?

hitting refresh just refreshes the page you are viewing...it doesn't do anything to the cache/cookies.

I did this the other night to try and help with getting in to the stadium. PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE, KIDS, ASK YOUR PARENTS!!! And yes, I'm kind of yelling. Take this seriously. If you are using a computer your parents use, you need to ask them if this is ok. Many, Many sites save logon information that your parents may not want to have deleted. (And, yea, it may be a good thing from time to time to clear out junk you don't want, but make sure your parents are aware of what you are doing.) The other thing, is WW was very, very slow the next time I logged on as it searched for cookies, couldn't find them and then recreated them. Just know what you are getting into in doing this.

Clearing cache and offline files is cool, that will not harm anything, but be careful with the cookies!
