A place to post about your Zumwhere Experience.

I encourage everyone to take pictures of the challenges or any other part of the experience that you believe would contribute to this guide. Feel free to narrate your adventure in Zumwhere.

Please mention how many clips you have.
What color/type of Zum you took a picture of.
What did you get? (What Zum, What Challenge & What prize) = please post pics!
Post any images of challenge images for the guide. (highlighted in dark red)
Mention anything you think will be helpful & it will be compiled into a nice little guide for WI.

►Good screen capping programs I suggest are:
PICASA (by google), MWsnap and SnagIt.

ZUMWHERE INFORMATION:

►Before you decide on which accounts to put your kinzclips codes...read this;
ONLY the food can be kinz posted. The Prizes CAN NOT be Kinz posted or traded.
So, make sure you put the kinz clips on the account(s) you want to use the prizes on!!

►What each Kinz clip gives you:
You'll receive 500 KC and increase your daily chance of spotting a rare Zum with each addition Feature Code.

►How much do the Kinz clip cost?
The prices range between 3.99$ to 7.50$ US
I got mine for 5.99$ plus taxes CAD of course.

►Where does it show me how many kinz clips I've put on the account?
The answer to this is no where. You'll have to keep a note of this yourself. Hopefully they'll add this feature.

►What time does Zumwhere reset? How many times do I get to search?
It's really supposed to reset at midnight. Right now it's resetting around 8 to 9pm Kinz time.
You'll get to search Zumwhere only once daily! Do your best to take a picture of those Zums!!

If your Zumwhere doesn't reset at midnight, please call 1-866-WEBKINZ (1866-932-5465)
and let them know! I'm certain they'll have this fixed in no time at all.
***I spoke with a Webkinz C/S and she forwarded the time information to the techs.

►What do I do in Zumwhere?
The point of Zumwhere is to collect pictures of the 48 Zummies to unlock prizes. There are 8 types of Zums to collect. Rare, Uncommon, 1, 2, 3 and Common 1, 2, 3, & 4. Notice there are 8 prizes to be unlocked (pics below). If you can't take a clear picture of the Zum, they usually leave a food gift behind...(pics below). To make things more interesting, sometimes you'll be offered a challenge. You'll have the choice to accept or not. No one to date has turned down the offer so I can't tell you what happens when you select that option.

►What happes when we get the same Zum picture more than once?
So far, we've been hearing reports from members that they are not seeing an indication of their duplicate Zums. So, we are asking ourselves if this means you can only unlock the prizes once. With the Star Challenge and Crown of Wonder we've always been able to unlock prizes more than once. Could this be like the Charm Forest prizes? Will the prizes be a one time deal too?!

Zum Puzzler
Rotate the tiles clockwise to complete an image.
In the Clouds
A game where you guess what items fit the silhouette.
Memory Match
Shows several items, you need to drag and drop them in same pattern.
Cloud Counter
Eliminate clouds from lower to higher. Some negative numbers too!
Zum Shuffler
There are several items you get a few seconds to look at, they are shuffled and they add another item, you have to pick what the new item is. It's a very fast paced game - beware!

And sure enough I got one!
The next screen popped up!

Lovely! A Zum challenge I accept and get zums!

3 things typically happen when you take a picture:
A. You get a GREAT SHOT
B. You are challenged
C. You miss it and are rewarded with food for effort.

ZUM PUZZLER CHALLENGE:
Rotate the tiles clockwise until you get the image right.
There is a time limit so work fast!!
Each level has more tiles to rotate:
Level 1 = 4 tiles
Level 2 = 9 tiles
Level 3 = 16 tiles

IN THE CLOUDS Challenge:
Correctly identify the name of the item shown in a silhouette.
You have once chance to pick the right answer from 4 choices.
I don't think there's a time relevance.

MEMORY MATCH Challenge:

Depending on the leve, you'll have a few seconds to look at 3, 4, & 5 items, then they disappear, you must recreate the pattern by clicking on the items in the correct order or by dragging and dropping the items into the boxes provided and click submit.

CLOUD COUNTER Challenge:
You will be presented with a group of clouds,
each containing a unique number.
Remove the clouds from the playing area by clicking on them in the
order of LOWEST to HIGHEST.
NOTE: This challenge includes some negative numbers on levels 2 and 3

I need images of all 3 levels to this challenge!

ZUM SHUFFLE Challenge
You will be presented with a group of Webkinz items.
Take a good look (they are shown for only a few seconds).
They will be shuffled and a new item will be added.
You must identify the NEW item that you didn't see before!

On April 16th Ganz added the 'Zumthings Catalog' to the Zumwhere Guide.

Collect zummies by visiting Zumwhere every day...
You'll use your zummies (marbles) to trade for zumthing cool!
From what I can see the items can be kinzposted but that may change!

To collect ALL 20 items you'll need a GRAND TOTAL of 2840 zummies.

You get 1 visit per day like Woodland Wonders. You get 50 (? I wasn't paying close attention) seconds for each puzzle. If the puzzle is not completed in the set amount of time your image isn't put into focus and you lose the zum picture. The whole point is to take pictures of zums and put them into the album. Fumble99 posted the album on another thread. I got pictures of it as well - it explains a lot. Maybe I should post it.
