[ GUIDE ] Star Challenge

Thanks for the info!

Whenever I play the game and click on a star I get the constellation, but then this thing pops up and says Error so I have to "X" out. Any tips?

Every time I go to the charm forest, it tells me I need to purchase a charm first and there is no access to the other game. I cleared my cookies and still nothing. Any ideas?:rott:

I have played now the past few days and recieved lots of misses! Today I found a shooting star and after the screen froze for a few minutes, I received a message that my prize was in my dock. I loggesd out and re-logged in and found a pair of space boots! The whole web site seems really slow right now and there may be some glitches in the new game. Has anyone else had there game freeze on them?

I have tried the star challenge and all I get is an error message. Anyone else have this problem?:ccat:

THANKS SO MUCH for the TIP on clearing cookies from my Internet Tools... I could NOT figure out what was going on- I didn't see anything about a Star game and I was getting so mad! LOL... once I cleared my cache I went back to the Charm Forest and THERE SHE WAS! YEA!

unfortunately all I got was a Fairy Biscuit.. buy hey- I got to play! hee hee hee

perhaps you DON'T need a purchase to play the star game... BUT you do need to have at least purchased one charm to access the Charm Forest? otherwise- idk.

I have dial up through my local telephone co-operative. My internet provider is AOL. I don't know why AOL and WW do not play nice together, but this has happened before concerning other issues. With AOL, there is nothing about this new game at the Charm Forest. But I went to IE, and even though it is connected to AOL and comes up with the AOL toolbar, it will show the game. Same thing happens when I try to adopt a pet, the security "letters" in the box are not viewable on AOL. Really weird. Ms Birdy even says that if you have AOL, you may have to log out and use another browser. Since I can't log out of AOL, I just have to click on IE and then use their seach to go to WW. Of course, it takes even longer than my regular dial-up, but at least I can search for the stars.
Hope that this helps. If I have not make myself clear, please PM me. I want everyone to get a chance to search the skies, since this is the best "game" that WW has come up with!

what about the Pixie Puck? Its the face of alyssa in like copper, and it has a alue of 50 kc. i turned it down, but i dont see it on the list!

Thanks for your help, I actually found a star. I was offered 40 KC for it but want to keep it to add to the carosel. I noticed the object in the w shop under new items. Love the idea of a new hunting game.
