"It's time I headed back to the rest of the pack." She dipped her head in farewell. "Good luck hunting."

Ferenc took a step towards her, eyeing the female carefully. He shrugged. "I s'pose it doesn't really matter at all. Just curious." He stared for a moment longer, his head tilted at a slight angle. "Any particular reason you were watching me?"

Whisper nodded her head up and down, a positive 'yes'. "I've been watching the whole pack for awhile. You all seem to be so sleepy...and staying near your little 'group'. A wolf wondering off on his own was something different for a change." She paused for a moment to catch her breath. "And it was only an hour...if you are still curious."

"The pack is staying close to one another because we are traveling, which is also the reason everyone is so tired. This is the first long-term rest we've had since we started. I wandered off because I needed some air." Ferenc paused to sit down on one of the flat boulders. "So what're you doing out here watching us anyways?"

Whisper shrugged...the brute's explination actually made sense, for once. "I was bored." She answered simply, swirling a paw in the sand. "There isn't a single thing to do around this scorching pile of sand. It's a miracle I see another wolf, let alone a pack."
