Ferenc swatted a fly away from his muzzle, and took a look at the pack of wolves surrounding him, feeling just the tiniest but claustrophobic. I haven't had two seconds to myself by myself since we started on this journey. He pushed his way past the other resting wolves and trotted towards a collection of boulders nestled farther from where everyone else was staying.

Alyxa's ears flicked sideways and she turned to the tawny colored brute lounging beside her. "Did you hear something? Over there, near those dead bushes."
Tyrin angled his head in that direction. "No, but I'll check it out." He stood up and took several strides towards the bracken before Alyxa stopped him.
"Wait up, I'll come too. It might be another straggler looking to join."

A small, off-white shape flattened itself against a nearby boulder, studdying the coming wolf curiously. Why was this one going astray from the pack? She tilted her head to one side, and crept closer.

Tyrin paused near the edge of the ring of bushes, his tail swishing from side to side.
Alyxa took a step past him and called out, "Whoever's in there, please come on out. We won't attack."
"Unless you attack us first," Tyrin added.
Alyxa shot him a look.
"What? I'm not just gonna stand here and get attacked!"

Comet giggled and walked out into the open," Thank you, I just would like to join your pack, if I may," she bowed.

Ferenc whipped his head around quickly and looked around, his eyes narrowed suspiciously. He couldn't shake the feeling that he was being watched, although he was a good distance away from the rest of the pack now.
