Meadowflower laid the hawk down, and cut it in half, taking the side she had already bitten into. She gave thanks to Starclan, and plucked the feathers away. She got up, went through the bushes, and came back with 6 leaves, one covered in sap, one covered in honey, and one cover in berry juice. She smothered all three of the mixtures on her bird, giving the other set to Sandheart. Then she took a bite. "Mmm..."

Buckheart padded up to the stream. "nice catch!" he meowed, and watched the water for fish
