alrighy then. well in reading class the past month or so we have been reading a book called "The Giver" it's about a community with sameness and is pretty much controlled with very little choices. i would have to alter it a little, like hogwarts... and i think that it could become a pretty fun roleplay, but i like just came up with it today in reading class... i would rename it controlled and start the community up, but it wouldn't be up until spring, but what do you guys think?

The Giver is an amazing book. I think it would turn out to be a very interesting Roleplay. The ceremonies of Twelves would also be very interesting...Oh now my imagination is running...xD

Hm, sounds interesting! I've been thinking about reading the book, but my sister says I'm too young. (Don't waorry, you're not dealing with an eight year old here.) XD

What's wrong with an eight year old? (not that I am one, LOL.)
But I am not as old as some other people on here (I think xD) and nobody would notice.

we have like 3 chapters left, so we should finish it definately by next wednesday, but probably tomorrow or monday. I am really enjoying it actually. the beginning was a little weird, but it seems cool...

yeah i agree the ceremony of twelve would be SO cool, but a lot of work. which i am up for... but like i said it would have to wait until spring... that's the only thing that dissapoints me.

It would be very hard to do. But I think if you put a list up the front for the jobs you could get it would be easier for someone to pick.

yup. but i'm not sure what to do to start it up with characters. of course, everyone would have to make both the parents, marriage i don't believe is allowed in rps. I know of that, but getting a child. should i allow on my first thread everyone to just be able to apply for a child of any age and then if i get a second thread going... start the whole applicant thing or what?

Maybe you should just be allowed to make people of all ages...like on the DE I think they can. I'm not really sure, you should ask about that.

Ah, I'm probably not going to use this but here a blind poem that I jut typed up for my soon-to-be role-play for half-breeds. I'm not even done with it yet!

Half-Breeds

We are the ones who look different.
The ones who are freaks.
The ones who are monsters.
The ones who are nightmares.
But we are not freaks or monsters or the haunting nightmares in your sleep.
Demented, we are called.
But we are not touched by the Devil's madness.
Ruined beasts, we are called.
But we are not ruined, we are not brushed by the arts hideous and deformation.
Shattered mirrors' reflection, we are called.
But we are not, and the glass remains unbroken.
God's ruined creation, but we are not.
We are God's gift, of the strangest in the world.
