Bracing his body against the metal railing, Blake spit, aiming it for the marble staircase, but caught the saliva with a spell before it splattered on the floor, hovered it down to an eccentrically dressed girl with dark skin and black ponytails, and let it fall into her hair. Grinning deviously, Blake quickly retracted himself from the staircase to hide himself from view of the Entrance Hall.

"Well, it felt like forever," I protested.

The warm washed over Kylie's chilled body with quick intensity. Her rosy cheeks still puffing exasperatedly, the note grasped by her thin gloves quickly fell into her jacket pocket. The Entrance Hall to the magic castle was fairly empty now, and she was sure nobody would notice her.

(Alrighty. xD)

I headed into the Entrance Hall, freezing as usual. My scowl was in its usual place on my face, and I wasn't in the best of moods. I blew on my hands to thaw them out. It didn't do much, seeing as my breath was cold too.

Kylie wondered vaguely if the school would notice one of it's delivery owls missing before realizing that someone had entered the school right behind herself. Her body snapped around the to face the girl[?] and it took an immense effort to keep the surprise, the suspicious look off of her face. "Oh," she muttered distantly.
