"Ummm." I paused to turn through a few more pages as I thought it over. I was having difficulty remembering what chapter we'd been on, but we could always just reread the whole thing. "It'll end happily," I decided.

"I remember," I said slowly, stretching the words out a little.
"Yeah," I said, a little out of breath now. "Me too. And you wanna know something? I remember thinking you were really, really cute attractive. And I was all afraid to cut your hair, cause I didn't wanna mess it up."
