I was in the forest, tying my shoe, and thinking over yesterday with a smile. It really was the best day/night thing ever. I had Quinn's lucky trick coin in one of my hands. I wasn't sure what exactly I'd be able to do with it, but I was sure it'd come of use at some point. And for the time being, it was just something to carry around with me and a good way to remember last night.

I walked back into the common room and set my books down on the table. They made a loud thud, and I jumped a little bit at the noise. I walked over to the fire and sat down in one of the squishy armchairs with a sigh. It had been a long day. It was then that I noticed I wasn't alone.

"Why are you in the forest tying your shoe?" I questioned, glancing curiously at Ty. I was leaned against one of the trees and I'd been in here for a good portion of the morning. There was a red mark on my face still, from where Ryan had hit me, and it was pretty much impossible to hide. Oh well.
