Miaka nodded and whispered, "Kay, I'll meet you there. Bye." She winced again as nurse wrapped her wings in cloth.

At 11:30 Carrie left the caves and walked over to the meadow in the forest. She quietly sat down and waited.

BLEEEP! BLEEEEPPP! BLEEE- Miaka cut of the alarm to her clock. After she got treated and bandaged, she went straight to bed. She rolled off her bed and went over to her closet. Quickly and quietly, she got changed in to a shirt which had 'Diet Coke' on it, skinny jeans, and red converse. She looked over at her windbreaker on her bed, and then left the room. She ran outside, pulling her plack hair up into a high ponytail. Her wings where almost dragging against the ground while she ran.

Carrie was wearing the same thing as that day but obviously had similar pairs because her shirt was not blood-stained. Quietly she waited.

Miaka shivered in the chill night and made her way to the edge of the forest.
