I wrinkled my nose slightly as a she-cat padded past. "Tick-hunting?" I guessed, smelling the mouse bile.

Owlkit wondered why Lilykit was so grumpy. "Are you okay? You're acting like...blah." He asked her. He didn't move any closer to her because he knew how she could get sometimes.

"Yeah." Gingerpaw sighed. "I wish some other apprentice could do it. I've been doing this for three days in a row! My paws have so much mouse bile on them, I'm starting to like the smell!" she meowed.
