2. All forms must be PMed or VMed to Rriel if you are joining the Eeveelution Kingdoms, The Pokéhumans, or Trainers. All Pokéclans forms must be PMed or VMed to Sealo.

Legendary Pokémon

If a member is active, they may be asked to choose one legendary to play. If a member is very active, they can earn a second, and possibly a third legendary. The members with three or more legendaries received before this thread need to choose two to keep and PM me with the two you are keeping. The maximum you can have is three. No one may own Arceus, and if you need permission to play him, PM/VM sealo or Rriel.

Death of a character

Dead Eeveelutions, Eevees, Pokémon, and Pokéhumans stuck in Pokémon form go into a dormant state, and are carried away by a shiny Dusknoir guardian. They are taken into a void in between Time, Space, Distortion World and Arceus' dimension. They cannot see, think, move, or do anything.

They can be freed by Dialga, Palkia, Giratina and Arceus, but Arceus has to give his permission first. To get Arceus' permission, you must roleplay with sealo or Rriel. You may not borrow Arceus to bring back a character. There is no guarantee that the character you want will return, so please keep that in mind when killing a character.

The Pokéclans have Moonclan for their dead characters.

Special Rules for Evolution

The Leafeons and Glaceons have fancy rituals for an Eevee's evolving. An Eevee may not evolve into a Leafeon or Glaceon without a leader of the beforementioned Eeveelutions present. However, ANY Eevee may evolve into one of them, and it is your right as a member to evolve your character as you want.

Umbreons and Espeons can evolve in two ways. They can either bond with a trainer and evolve at day/night, or they can find a dusk stone (umbreon) or dawn stone (espeon)

Spearow Cliffs
Spearow Rocks is made of mostly mountains. The snowy peaks of the mountain's have some of the purest, freshest snow in all of Latoe, but rarely will anyone venture up there.. The townsfolk all believe strongly in using natural items, but will eat human food and sometimes wear clothes. The houses are straw, with a mud and grass foundation. The kingdom is very large, and houses the kings, queens, jesters, knights, princes, and princesses.

HydroShock City
Here, Vaporeons and Jolteons live together in harmony. HydroShock city is in a carved-out mountain. There are tunnels filled with water that are used as transportation. Each Pokémon lives in a little cave, with ajoining hollows for families. The city is ruled by a court of four leaders. A pair of Jolteons, and a pair of Vaporeons.

Shanthia; as a plusle, her form now. She once was a human, but now she's a plusle! She likes to have fun, make others laugh, kind of a klutz, but overall is a nice pokemon. She is friends with Stephen, a male who also is stuck as a pokemon; a minum!
