Kent walked up to the front. He spoke to the receptionist who lead them into a room with a bench, a table covered in paper, and a small swivel chair.

((Gah, it's been a while. I started writing a story and have been using all my writing abilities in making that. I'd post it on WI, but it's probably a bit too dark and wouldn't be allowed... heh.))

I wandered my way back to my family's hollow. I'd been gone for a while, someone had ought to notice my absence by now.

Hey, look! Jet's back! I bounded over to him. "Hi! Play with me?"

I smiled wryly, nodding slightly. "Fine."

I had been cooking food in the kitchen, as usual. The berries I was storing were going to go bad soon, so I decided to experiment with a few recipes. Better than letting them rot.
