He can split himself up to 6 times, dividing his size by half every time he does so.

Golden, clear dragonfly-like wings. MINUTE size. And that's about it, other than his legs are the most puniest things you've ever seen. Barely even visible as a juvenile.

When he sees something, he can record it and later on when wished project it like a video from his tail within a square in mid-air. Is that clear or confuzzling?
