Alex glanced up from the words of her novel. Her eyes wandered to Cassie's thumbs, and then to Cass in general. "You alright?" she asked, tilting her head to the side, some auburn hair meeting with her face.

Cassandra did not look up, but kept her eyes focused on her shoes. "Just a bad feeling." She replied, still twiddling her thumbs. The train was already nearing to a stop, a couple hundred yards away from a two story home.
They were, literally, in the middle of no where. There was nothing but sand, trees, and grass. The only thing there was the old house. Cassandra got up, and slung her bag over her shoulder, "Come on," she inclined her head towards the exit, and began to make her way off of the train.

"Nice." Ethan grinned. there was a bang on the door, "I'm too young to die!"

Alex nodded slowly. She wasn't quite sure why such a feeling should come, but the train was approaching their stop, so she didn't question. "Kay," she said as she stood up and followed Cassandra.
This is an interesting area to live, she thought.

Cassandra stepped off of the train as soon as it came to a low stop. She looked beside her, to Alex, and said, "Welcome to the middle of nowhere." She rolled her eyes slightly, "City life didn't take well to my parents, so we moved here." She began to walk towards the old home, "It gets pretty creepy sometimes." she explained.

"You know who. My little booger of a brother."

Alex stepped off as well, and looked back to Cass as she spoke. "It sure looks like the middle of nowhere. Why didn't it work out too well, agoraphobia?" she asked.
