"Where ya goin?" Cody asked boredly.
"I need to meet people," she replied, with a swift glance back at him.

Skye glared at the blue dragon. "You could have warned me," said Skye irritably.
"What's the fun in that?" Remarked Nymra in their special language, grinning and showing her teeth.
Skye rolled her eyes. "It's COLD!" She hissed, then glanced towards the coming figure. "Heads up. Newcomer at twelve-o-clock." She replied in the same language that Nymra had used.

He smiled. "I just came back after a vacation—I don't really know many people here at all."

Casey leaned against the wall. "Um . . ."

Kayla haltingly walked all the way up to them. "Hi," she said with a smile. "Who are you? I'm Kayla. That's my dragon back there—Cody."

Nymra looked around, her silver eyes narrowed. She dipped her head but made no other sign that she had noticed the other dragon, choosing to instead rest her head on her paws, eyes attentive.

Cody sat. He began to wonder what Altarra was doing.

Kayla glanced at Nymra as well. She didn't know what else to say now.

He nodded. "I couldn't make up my mind. But now I'm here to stay."

(Random: But are the dragons allowed to have mates? Because two of my dragons should be mates with each other, but I'm not sure if it's allowed. XD)
