Thread owners are approved by the staff of WI, primarily MissGnomie and Danathorn. Many factors are taken into consideration - overall conduct on WI, frequency of posting on WI, and participation on threads in the RP. Thread owners are not authorized to appoint their own deputies to take over the thread. If any thread owners would like to have a 2nd person in charge as a fail-safe, please run them past Danathorn or MissGnomie first. Likewise, any change in thread ownership must be approved by the staff. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to pm Danathorn or MissGnomie. Thanks!
