D A W N C L A N ;; <<volume one: the beginning... of the end>> an intermediate roleplay

Lionkit wakes up, and yawns. Maybe i`ll visit my friend again, he thought. He sneaks out of the nursery, and pads towards the warriors den. He looks inside, and says. "Wow, it`s amazing!" He looks around to see if anyone is awake.

Ambersky tossed and turned in her sleep, dreams of the clan puncturing her dreams. Suddenly a mew from the front of the den woke the sleeping she-cat up. She opened her eyes, still not moving. When she finally looked around, she saw many sleeping cats, some blinking awake, but what stood out to her was the small kit in the doorway. Ambersky padded to the front of the den. "Lionkit?" She mewed softly. She flicked her tail outside the den, motioning for Lionkit to follow her. "What are you doing?" she mewed.

"I-i wanted to see the warriors den." said Lionkit, starting to cry. "I never saw it before, please don`t tell Firesight." Lionkit looks at the ground. Ambersky, your my best friend, he thought.

[Pokadottie]

"Oh, don't cry." Ambersky purred, licking the little kit's ear. "It's OK, even if I told Firesight, she wouldn't mind. You wanted to see the warriors den. Next time look at it later on in the day... with a warrior accompanying you." Ambersky mewed. "Wow, do you have a lot to learn." She purred.

[okpo]

"Okay!" said Lionkit, and stops crying slowly. "Can you show me what the woods looks like?" he asked, smiling.

[Pokadottie]

"I'm sorry, little one, but I can't do that without the permission of your mother. Also, your mother should be the one to show you around, am I right?"

[okpo]

"Please, I want to show my dad, I can hunt." said Lionkit, and pads towards the fresh-kill pile. "I`m also hungry!" he said.

Petalpaw (To be whatever her mentor names her)-She-cat--PetalPaw is nice in nature. She speaks in a soft tone but when she gets angry, which is rare, she is so loud it startles most people. As her name goes she loves flowers and if she sees one cat tread on a flower, she usually automatically dislikes them, even if she never met the particular cat. She always is kind and caring with nature, being sure to help them grow-PetalPaw has light pinkish fur (Read her history to know why) that resembles a pink rose petal, her lighter. Her fur is noticeably soft and somehow, it doesn't grow. It seems as if she has a daily groomer, though it isn't so. She has short fur with small white ears and her paws are small too. Her claws are black when she unsheathes them. What most people don't know, is that she is an excellent fighter. Her eyes are a light blue which stands out against her pinkish fur-Apprentice-PetalPaw used to be an all white cat, living in the woods with her previous clan, MidnightDawn. Her clan was broken up by hunters and they took many of them, including her, to the pet pound. She was bought by a stuck-up teenager, who didn't want to buy her in the first place because she thought white fur was dull. When she did end up buying her, she had PetalPaw's fur died red once a week. Once PetalPaw finally escaped, she found DawnClan and eventually as the dye wore off, her fur was stained a light pinkish color from how many times it had been died and it won't turn back to its original color.

Redpaw(to be whatever mentor names him)-Tom-RedPaw is pretty nice in general although he is easily irritated,frusterated and always impatient.Although,,Redpaw is one to not become easily distracted and the only thing he won't become irritated or impatient in is fighting. He is a very good fighter/hunter and prefers, instead of going for mice, to go for large birds maybe even rabbits-Apprentice-Grew up in Dawnclan

Desertclaw-Tom-DesertClaw has an odd attitude. He has no friends so it is obvious he doesn't talk much. But when he does, he has a scratchy, deep voice. He likes to be alone, though and has no interest in "Making Friends" or "Becoming Mates" or whatever. He prefers to walk around, eat, then sleep at night and start over during the day-DesertClaw is a yellow-furred cat with specks of brown. His autumn eyes are the exact color of his claws, which have turned brown due to all his walking. Every now and then he still finds dirt stuck in his claws. His tail is long and dark blonde which he lets drag on the floor. He is a dirty cat and doesn't mind the dirt whatsoever. He has a scar over his left eye-Loner-DesertClaw used to live in a clan out in the desert although the leader disliked him because he thought he was planning on becoming mates with another cat whom the leader liked. He then through DesertClaw out of the clan and he got a scar from a vicious lizard. He decided to become a loner on the outskirts of the forest.

"I'm sorry, Lionkit, but showing you around the woods and teaching you how to hunt is your mother's job, and then your mentor's job. Since I am neither, it wouldn't be right for me to show you around the woods." Ambersky mewed firmly.
