Character 101--How to make really great characters for role-plays

I like making up names, too--like Anlya, Silloan, odd little names like that. But, also, you can have real names that are just odd, too. Sometimes I search on goggle, for 'Names', or 'Baby names'. Baby name sites are helpful, actually, when naming a character. xD Kinda odd, I know, but you can find the meaning of a name--maybe if your character's noble, you can name him Oberon, because Oberon means 'noble (bear, I think)'. This helps me a lot--I've done it several times.

Lol, yep. That's why. He was one of my first charries I came up with. He got his name from his big-ish largey size. xD I was watching AP, and Growing Up Wolves was on, and the biggest pup of the litter was named Truck. That's where I got his name from. It wasn't Copywrited, and I loved it. So BAM. A Truckeh was born. =3

Lol, oh I see. Yea, I prefure to keep main charries than to not have a (C) Charrie and someone else using the name and description.

Baby name sites? Shweet. Newms will have to try....

I like Truck because it's so unique. Everyone tries to give their wolf either one of those anime-ish names or something foresty....and then along comes Truck. It's so random. I love it.

I've used baby name sites a couple of times also! I liked alot of names on there. Dog name sites work well aslo, they're a bit more doggish.

Most of my names are words I randomly hear, or think of. And I say 'Oh, I wanna name a wolf that'. So I write it down and VOILA!....Scooch is a prime example.
