ANNOUNCEMENT!!: Ok so my life has been pretty crazy these last few weeks (hence the unresponsiveness) but don't worry. I'm not really on that much any more, so please post your forms and I will try to look at them, but you can just rp. Plus, I took off the character list, because I'm way behind and I don't think I can maintain that right now. Ok, well enjoy rping! <3

Welcome to Camp Half-Blood!

As the school bell rings, you sprint out the door. It’s finally here! Summer! You get lost in your thoughts as you imagine the warm beaches and cold Popsicles.

Suddenly, a satyr jumps out of the shadows and grabs you by the arm.

"Hey!" You exclaim, angry.

"Follow me. We half to get to Camp Half-Blood." He said. You look at him as if he's a complete weirdo. Then, you see a giant monster that's half bull, half man, and you scream.

"That's a minotaur. Now come on!" The satyr said, pulling you farther. The minotaur roared, and charged. The satyr pulls you up a steep hill where a pine tree rests at the top. You pass the pine tree, and the minotaur stops.

"Why isn't it following us?" You ask.

"Because it can't cross the boundary into camp half-blood. That's what the tree is." The satyr explains. You nod in understanding, and the satyr directs you to the big house...

All right! Here are the rules:

1. No powerplaying or godmoding

2. You cannot be a child of the Big Three (Zeus, Poseidon, or Hades) or a child of Artemis or Hera. If you do so, you will be placed in the Hermes cabin as “Unclaimed”

3. No gory scenes (Meaning no blood or violence, just like "I stabbed the monster and it turned to dust.”)

4. You may have as many characters as you can handle, and you may start rping as soon as you post your form

5. No immortality or invincibility

6. This is Semi-Elite

7. You may play as Chiron or Dionysus if your character is talking to them, but you may not permanently be Chiron or Dionysus, and all WI users are allowed to do this.

8. PM all your forms to me (Kinzarli) so I don’t miss it on the thread, but you should also post it so that the other rpers can see what your character is like. Thanks!

9. No romance (crushes ok, but that's all)

10. Follow all WI RP rules.

History: Okay, so her father was abusive, so she hates men in general. She ran away to camp half-blood when she was seven. She has been an outcast among the Aphrodite kids because she is opposed to love, and men in general. She just learned about the huntresses and wants to be one of them, even though her mother is Aphrodite. Aphrodite has always been disappointed of Jadis, and she feels that being a huntress is the best way to start over in life. Has recently joined the ranks of the huntresses and moved into the Artemis cabin with them.

Okay, so occasionally people want to do quests. There are a few simple rules for quests.
1. Only 3 people go on a quest at a time, unless the Oracle says otherwise.
2. You may only go on a quest if you PM me first.
3. Quests cannot happen every day, and they last a little while.
4. Only one quest at a time, so if you want a quest, then you must wait if someone else is already on one.

HERE ARE THE DESCRIPTIONS OF THE CABINS!

The Big House:

The Big House is a huge four-story farmhouse with a wraparound porch, painted sky blue with white trim around the windows, like an upscale seaside resort, with a brass eagle weather vane on top of the gray slate roof. The farmhouse sits by the river in the heart of the valley, surrounded by the fields of strawberries baking in the sun. The Big House has rooms for all of the non-half-bloods, including Chiron and Mr. D, and also has an office, where new demigods may sign up for camp, and a mini-hospital, where injured campers are taken to rest up and get better. On your normal quite afternoon, Chiron and Mr. D are often found playing a game of pinochle at the card table on the porch.

Zeus:

Zeus's cabin sits at the head of the cabins, with Hera's cabin on its right and Hades' on its left. It looks like a his mausoleum (Hera's is the hers), a big white marble box with heavy columns in front. It is the biggest and bulkiest of the thirteen cabins, and its polished bronze doors shimmer like a hologram. From different angles, lightning bolts seem to streak across the doors.

Hera:

White, marble, and graceful, Hera's cabin sits at the head of the cabins to the right of Zeus's. It looks like a feminine version of Zeus's mausoleum box, with slim columns and garlanded with pomegranates and flowers. The walls are carved with images of peacocks.

Poseidon:

Poseidon's cabin is long and low and solid, not high and mighty like Zeus's. The outer walls are of rough gray stone studded with piece of seashell and coral, as if the slabs had been hewn straight from the bottom of the ocean floor. If you duck your head inside the usually open doorway, you can catch the salty scent of the interior, like the wind on the shore. Inside, the walls glow like abalone and there are six bunk beds with silk sheets turned down.

Demeter:

Number four is a cute little cottage, with rose bushes and wildflowers in front and a porch. Tomato vines grow up its walls, which are made of mud and painted a cheery light green, and its roof is made of real grass. Inside, the floor is a grassy carpet, and small trees line the walls, so that the bunks are really in the trees' branches. There is a small garden in the middle, where campers can grow anything they want.

Ares:

Cabin Number Five is bright red - a real nasty paint job, as if the color was splashed on with buckets and fists. The roof is lined with barbed wire. A stuffed wild boar's head hangs over the doorway, and its eyes follow whoever sets foot near the cabin. Inside, you can usually see a bunch of mean-looking kids, both girls and boys, arm wrestling and arguing with each other while rock music blares.

Athena:

Cabin Number Six is a silvery building, nothing fancy, with plain white curtains and a carved stone owl over the doorway. The owl's onyx eyes follow whoever comes near. Inside is a workshop for brainiac kids. The bunks are pushed against one walls as if sleeping doesn't matter much. Most of the room is filled with workbenches and tables and sets of tools and weapons. The back of the room is a huge library crammed with old scrolls and leather-bound books and paperbacks. There is an architect's drafting table with a bunch of rulers and protractors, and some 3-D models of buildings. Huge old war maps are plastered to the ceiling and sets of armor hang under the windows, their bronze plates glinting in the sun.

Apollo:

Cabin Number Seven is rather plain at first glance, looking just like the other Greek buildings around camp, white with columns and facades. But when hit by sunlight, it looks as if made of solid gold, almost impossible to look at directly. Inside, it seems there are no walls, with an open sky and sunlight streaming in. The bunks have gold sheets turned down, and are pushed against one wall. In one corner is a music area, with amps, a boom box, a bunch of electric guitars, a drum set, a set of orchestral instruments, and a Steinway grand piano. There are two bookshelves, both half-filled with poetry collections, half with the camp members' books. In the back of the cabin is a mini-hospital that has cots with clean white sheets and a huge medicine cabinet.

Artemis:

Cabin Number Eight is a silver cabin, with slim columns and hunting scenes engraved on its marble walls. Inside there are delicate beds with silver silk sheets and a bow and casket of arrows on one of the bedposts. The ceilings, walls, and floors are engraved with hunting scenes of young maidens or Artemis. From the windows you can only see a snowy forest and a dark black night with a crescent moon.

Hephestaeus:

Cabin Number Nine was made of brick, with smokestacks, like a tiny factory. Inside, it was dark and messy. The bunks were pushed against one wall, to make room for the mini forges at the back of the room.

Aphrodite:

Aphrodite's cabin is light pink marble, with graceful columns and hearts engraved all over the walls. Rose vines grow up the sides. Inside, everything is pink or red. The bunks are fancy with silk sheets, and occupy one side of the room. The other side of the room is a row of sinks and mirrors, with two cabinets full of makeup, so the daughters of Aphrodite can do their hair and makeup anytime. There is also a huge wardrobe stuffed full of clothes, that can be turned into whatever clothes you want.

Hermes:

Out of all the cabins, number eleven looks the most like a regular old summer camp cabin, with the emphasis on old. The threshold is worn down, the brown paint peeling. Over the doorway is one of those doctor's symbols, a winged pole with two snakes wrapped around it - a caduceus. Inside, it's actually not that crowded, unusual for the Hermes cabin, which takes in everyone who is "undetermined", or doesn't know their Olympian parent yet.

Dionysus:

Cabin Number Twelve looks like a mini Italian villa that you'd find in rolling hills dedicated to growing grapes. It has a tiled roof and tan walls, and tons of grape vines grow up its walls. Inside, a fresh breeze that smells of grapes and a more sour smell - wine - comes through the open windows. The floor is dirt and grape vines climb the walls on the inside too, with fat clusters of purple and green grapes that can be picked off the vine. The beds are simple wooden bunks with plain purple sheets. At the back of the cabin is a tan-colored soda fountain that serves all types of beverages, including wine, restricted from Mr. D and underage drinkers.
