Aliyah looked around at Rosewoods one last time. Many of the trees had fallen, and nearly all of the grass around her had been drained of color. Rosewoods was suffering from something unknown to her. Something fatal. The woods were coming to a death, as well as her precious pack. She sighed, knowing what would come next. She would have to move camp, but she wasn't sure she was strong enough to lead her pack much longer. Aliyah's snow-white fur was already beginning to gray, and she felt older each day now. It was time for a new alpha. One of her pups must take her spot. And soon.
The White she-wolf turned to her pups, who really no longer were pups, and shut her eye's for a moment, unsure of what to say.

"I have been told there is a vast property out across the valley, far off into the distance. From the mountains out." Meliora told her mother, being first of her siblings to speak. "It may be a far journey, but I believe it's what is best. We could move the pack a bit beyond the mountain peaks, since I'm almost sure those disgusting leopards own those mountains now." She said. "Our goddess will follow, as she always has. I... I spoke to her last night. In... In a dream mom."

Before Aiyana became Aiyana, it was a role play called Rosewoods, owned by both In The Sun, and myself. In The Sun recently quit WI and handed Rosewoods over to me, which I have now turned into Aiyana.

As some of you already know, Sunnny (In The Sun) has decided to quit WI, and Rosewood's has pretty much been dead for a while now, so I decided I had to do something. I discussed everything with Larkrose, and I now made this thread, which is pretty much Rosewoods, only re-done, and with me owning it single-handedly.

ALSO:
I am NO LONGER holding charries for ANYONE or doubling charries as of today, September 18th at 3:06 PM eastern time. If you were roleplaying with one of my charries and then log off, I am giving myself the right to free them up. If you log off, and no one else wants to role play with that specific wolf or leopard, and then you come back before I start roleplaying with the charrie again, then we can continue.

We Depend On The Sky For The Stars

Description & Introduction

Starlit Valley is now located in the very center of Aiyana, where the air is warmer then most spots and the water cooler. A large stream circles the pack territory, and a valley flows through the center point. There's a set of stepping stones on each side of the stream, and valley, in order to get across. To the south border of the pack the valley opens into a lake, and a beautiful waterfall flows into it. Water flows from the waterfall, to the lake, and then down into the valley. Trees are spread out all over Starlit Valley, as well as dens. To find prey, you will have to travel to the other side of the stream, which is also pack property for about a mile out. The forest is healthy and green all around, and the water happy and flowing.

✭ Your charrie must know the wolf for at least a week to become mates, and an additional 5 days to have pups.
✩ Only two powers per wolf. Alphas get 3.
✭ Please don't just ask to be alpha, or just start saying you are alpha. You can show your wolf is interested through role play. Ex: Matrix looked at Aliyah, his aqua eyes shining with admiration and love. Not that he would ever be the wolf to admit it ir speak it aloud, but he loved her.
✩ No powerplaying or godmoddling.
✭ Type "Run With The Wind" with your form to prove you read the rules.
✩ Don't tell me how to run my role play please.
✭ All the wolf names people come up with take A LONG TIME to come up with and think of. They could be doing something more important then sitting on a computer. Please come up with your own wolf names and do not steal!
✩ PLEASE don't steal the pack name! It took WEEKS for me to come up with Starlit Valley and I am NOT exaggerating! I came up with them for a book I am writing.
✭ Keep Role Plays appropriate for all ages.

✭ I will only say this one more time: A wolfs small form is something they get when they are accepted into the pack! Meaning they have met Ali, been accepted/welcomed by her, and have gotten situated! You do not just have your small form when you come to the pack! You earn it when you've proven to Starclan that you are a worthy pack member!
✩ You cannot officially join the pack and make a den until you are accepted by the alpha.
✭ If you want an important part (such as med wolf, watcher, messenger, etc.), your best chance is to get to know the alpha so she can see if you're good for the place or not. If your charries haven't met the alpha, she wont know you, so she can't decide on that...

Our Goddess

Starlit Valley wolves believe in a wolf by the name of Akira. She is their goddess. Yes, they do believe in Starclan. They believe Akira was the first wolf to ever go to Starclan, yet not the first to... die.

The story of Akira goes like this:
It was years back, before Starlit Valley was claimed by Aliyah, or Dagor even. Yes, this was almost five century's ago. At the time, it was actually owned by a young brute named Solar, and it was known as Frostypeak Mountains. He was believed to be one of the best alpha's ever. Brave, strong, independent... But he happened to have a... need for power.
Solar's sister and her mate were having pups. Well, more like pup, since Akira was the only one, and meant to be the next alpha. She was born in a kind of human form, only... smaller. A small form. And she had many powers. More than alpha's even.
Well, Solar hated this pup. He hated anyone who could possibly be more powerful than him. He wanted her dead. But his sister would never let it happen, so he came up with a plan. It took a while to get everything ready, and to find the right time. In fact, by the time he was ready, Akira was nearly grown.
Everything was in place. Akira's parents were distracted, the pack was eating, Solar and Akira were alone.

He was about to end her life, but Akira's body suddenly... glowed. She wasn't in her wolf form or small form. Somewhere in between. Her body glowed and glowed, shining bright as the sun. And suddenly, the light was blinding. Solar backed up, but she followed. They walked out to the others, yet Akira continued getting bright, and brighter until she was bright as a star. Her body glowed, and she slowly lifted into the air, picking up speed as she rose until a light zapped her and she vanished. A star had reached out and grabbed her, so the story goes.

It was almost another century before Akira was heard from again. She began coming down as a wolf-spirit and speaking to new pack member and pack born members before they earn their small form. It's said that she gives it to them. What Akira says to each wolf before granting them the special power is never spoken of through the pack.

Akira will also speak to wolves before they become medicine wolves or betas. She stays in closest touch with alphas. Before you are granted into the pack, turned into a med wolf or beta, and after being asked to be alpha, she gives you a visit.

Treacherous Rock Cliffs
Come On Over To The Wild Side!

You have now entered the wild country. Away from the wolves and the sprites. Here live the cats. Fierce and wild and strong. There is no turning back now. You turn left, right… but you are surrounded. Surrounded by nothingness. The leaves rustle around you, and a large leopard steps out. His fur blows in the breeze as he un-sheethes his claws. “Who goes there!” He grows at you, flexing his legs. In the light you can see how strong and muscular he is. You know there is no way you could fight him, and you know there is no way to scare him off. What do you do? Do you run off like a coward? Or do you respond?

Congragulations! You have now entered the pack! You are probably wondering what exactly Treacherous Rock Cliffs is now, am I right? Well Treacherous Rock Cliffs (TRC) is a pack of leopards, both normal and snow. When you are accepted into the pack by Tiberious (Alpha Male) and by the spirit cats (our dear cat ancestors), you will be givin a stone. A gemstone. This stone represents your acceptance into the pack, and is basically any stone/gem in any shape. Only alphas have gold swirls entwined around their gems.
The leopards either wear their gems (on their paws, around their necks, etc.) or keep them in or over their den.

Types of Leopards:

Snow Leopard : An all white leopard. They are strong and have great immune systems and are practically unharmed by any weather.

Regular Leopards : Your average leopard: Brown with black spots. They are beautiful and quick.

Feathered Leopard : Can be either white or brown with black spots. They have long, feathered wings and the ability to fly.

Extrail Leopards : These leopards have exeedingly good eyesight and hearing. They are very aware of their surroundings and have the same coloring as Regular Leopards.

Furosity : These leopards cannot be trusted. Their brown coloring is more towards the red side, and they can't always be trusted. They aren't enemies, but they aren't the nicest.

Powers: All leopards have a power or two.... or thee. Depending on their rank. Normal ranked leopards are given one power, which they do not choose. Betas are granted a second power (they don't choose this either). War Cats are given the second power of strength to help them fight and defend themselves and their pack. Herbal Leopards get the second power of medicine/herbs, to help them with their job. And alphas get three powers, none of them chosen by the leopard themself.

Land : Treacherous Rock Cliffs terretory is spread out over the mountains and over the forest out to the north. There are three large mountains that belong to the pack. Each are connected by rock so that you can get from one to the other. All of them are huge, but the two on the sides seem rather small in comparision to the one in the middle, which winds itself so high into the air, chances are you can see it for many miles, maybe even from space. To the left (west) and right (east) of the center mountain lay the other mountains. North lays a beautiful "glass" lake, as clean and as pure as anything. South lays a view of the rest of the woods. You can see part of their pack from Starlit Valley if you look out over the valley, but only less than a moon ago was their secrecy discovered. The leopards of the pack live up around the mountains mainly, but some live down in the forest as well. Only snow leopards live in the peak (top) of the mountain, where the climate is colder and there is snow. Feathered leopards with snow leopard coloring also live here, since they need the colder weather as well. A river surrounds all three of the mountains, leaving a few small paths leading into the woods. The forest and woods are used for hunting, and not living conditions. Though if wanted, you may live there. Their are many trees in which the leopards live.
