Blade twirled in the air, pulling his silver-blue wings against his chest, darting forward, then spreading them out again to slow himself down. The feeling of flight was undeniably the greatest in he world. The brute let a smile cross his muzzle.

Vitanii flung herself past her brothers, wings flapping vigorously. She glanced over her shoulder and stuck her tongue out at Blade. "Can't catch me!" She taunted.

Gabria laughed as she chased a butterfly. One of her own imagining. It floated along until she began thinking about a bird. The bird took off. Gabria's power was Dream Projection. She imagined wings for herself, and stared at her reflection. She gazed at her reflection in a projected lake, and then changed the wings slightly. "That's better," she murmured.

Next, she imagined herself flying, and sighed with happiness as the clouds rolled by. "So this is flying," she said aloud. The beautiful snow leopard "landed" and her imaginings vanished. She sat at the edge of the real lake and washed herself. The curls around her face insisted in staying in front of her eyes, and she hissed.

Finally, she forgot about her fur and set to fishing. She scooped out a small bass without difficulty, and then sat to devour her catch. She finished and took a drink from the lake. Soon it was dark, and she fell asleep beneath the stars.
