"Winter.... it's the perfect time for an attack, isn't it?" He murmured, his eyes glowing red, orange, and yellow, reflecting the fire that burned in the stone fireplace beside the two wolves. "I think we ---part of my pack---shoud attack, soon."

Her eyes lit up like a match. "Can I be a part? I'll be healed very soon, and I got some herbs to help my coat grow back in. I must avenge Castro... you understand, right?" She crunched her paw. "I wanna be up at the heat of battle, beating those evil excuses for a wad of feathers, and nowhere else!" Her words were strained with growls of anger and fury.

Ever's ears flickered, and he nodded soflty. "Well, yes, that of course. We will fight, but... I had something more in mind." He added softly, lowering his eyes, and curling his tail around his paws.

"What is it, Ever?" [Yes. WB. ]

[Lake]

"I want you to be my mate, Roxy." Ever replied, his teal-and-white fur rippling with effort as he eased himself onto his stomach to lay down. The fire crackled, ending the long silence after the brute's sentence.

(( That almost made me faint. I am like, in disbelief right now. But I love it! ))

Happy tears clouded in her eyes. "Ever... I'd love to be your mate!" Her grin shown brighter the stars and the moon above, happiness rocketing through her paw tips to her ears. She found someone she loved, and she knew it now.

Ever smiled, and whimpered softly. "That's good to hear," He replied, his tail making a soft sound as it wagged against the stone floor beneath the brute. [WB]

Her ears flickered. She had to do something, he seemed nervous. She lightly placed her paw on top of his, the love in her eyes. "You OK?"

"Fine," Ever replied, the corners of his lips twitching upward. "Hungry, but fine." He added, chuckling softly at his growling stomach. "Would you like to get something to eat?"

"Sure. What would you like to do? Hunt? Fish?" I can't believe this... I now know... I love Castro... but I love Ever more... I need Ever... and I will protect him in battle. But I have to make sure I don't die either. I need to be with him forever...
