Ryla smiled and nodded. Then to Echo she sighed. "Your father said you have 1 chance If you get hurt then that chance is over." she rolled her eyes. "I don't agree with that but it was the only was to let you be free." she laughed. "Your father is a protected gaurd dog isn't he?" she liicked Echo on the cheek. "So Alexander How long have you know my Whisper?" she winked at him. Ryla herself was just a year or two older than Whisper and it kind of felt weird to be a mother to a grown up. She was more a kid than an adult in every way. She could tell that he must at least like Whisper or he would not go to this much trouble to be so polite.

"I must have passed by her alot, but we really never met until today." Alexander smiled to his friend. He was oblivious to Ryla's logical thoughts, even if they were incorrect, he only thought of Whisper as a friend. But she was pretty... and fun. For a friend, and nothing more. Yet.

Whisper smiled faintly, flicking her tail in agreement. "It was great." She barked happily, shutting her eyes. She looked over at Alexander, a smile spreading across her muzzle. "But he's a slowpoke."

Alexander chuckled. "And she's a chicken." After, he whispered quiet chicken noises under the cover of his paw.He always had so much fun with her... he had to protect her from getting hurt, or her father would go nuts. He couldn't let that happen. It was all in his paws now...

Rain slowly tilted her head to one side, and flicked her ears towards the brute. "Disadvantage?" She repeated slowly. "How?"

Alexander laughed, landing on the den's floor with an oof. He gnawed at her ear playfully. "Rawr. I is fierce." The wolf was usually calm and lazy, and he was calm still, but the fea managed to get him to do something other than rolling around in grass.

Ryla laughed quitely to herself and nussled Echo. "Remeber when we were like that?" she sighed then spoke to Whisper. "Whisper, I know you want your freedom to begin but I would be very pleased if you came and helped me deliver the pups. They are close and I want my wonderful daughter to be there for the birth of her brothers and sisters ." She grinned and then quickly smiled as she ran a few name possibilities through her head. "Oh and you can come to Alexander. I know you won't want to leave Whisper."

Shane raised an eyebrow. A shaggy black brute with a torn ear and scarred face looked like a possible friend to someone? That Shane found hard to believe.

Dannai heard the scuptisisum in his voice and smiled lightly. "I see the world differently then most. I will admit." Her clear blue eyes looked at him and they twinkled. "Mabey thats a good thing some times. I know from experience that most wolfs that look kind of like you are really quite good friends if given the chance." She ran the list through in her head. "I am planning on giving that chance, if you accept it of course. You could always tell me goodbye and leave right this very moment without another look or a single word." Her tail moved back and forth in the fallen leaves from the tree. It made like a snow angel but in the leaves not snow.

"It can be rather difficult to see at night if there is cloud cover or a less-than full moon," Kiro explained patiently. "If I can't see, I can't carry out a conversation because I have no way of knowing what is being said."

Shane narrowed his eyes at Dannai. He wasn't sure whether or not he trusted her. "Well, Dannai, I know from experience that wolves don't always mean what they say. But you"ve given me no reason to distrust you," Yet, he added silently, "So I guess I'm willing to give you a chance if you're willing to give me one."

"I have been willing from the start." She said in a soft pleasent unalarming voice. She could sense his unease and tryed to ease it. She laughed quietly as the sun started to rise over the horizon. Its warm rays shone gloriously over the trees and through the branches in a majestic way. "Well we should probably get out of the sun now, or risk getting fryed to a crisp." She stood up and shook her coat of. Then she turned and walked with quick strides into the forest. She turned her head and smiled, inviting Shane to follow.
