In a land to the north
Where the animals roam free
Up where the snow covers every tree

Where the ground is always powdery white
And the sunset is amazing every night

Under the sun, the animals play
Enjoying themselves each and every day

These animals here are different, it's true
But they are friends through and through

The foxes are mischevious, intelligent and cunning
But don't make them mad or you will soon be a-running

The polar bears here are lazy but super smart
Be nice to them though for they have a big heart

The lynx's are elegant, noble, and sleek.
But be careful around them cause they can be a sneak

The wolves are different, and in every way unique
But that doesn't change the fact that they are overall meek

The penguins are happy and love to have fun
But they will get their work finished before the day is done

The tigers are gorgeous, clever, and strong
And they work together when things ultimately go wrong

The owls are wise beyond all measures
But being around them is always a pleasure

Each species is different, not the same as the last
And each has its own complicated past

Here in the Valley, there is love and there is hate
And some would say it is all up to fate

But when two fall in love, its a glorious sight
Its a description, that I can't even write

And for eternity, they stand united as one.
Till the day when their lives are done.

There are happy endings and sad endings, and stories to be told
Some are brand new and some are of old

Now if you don't believe me come see for your own eyes

Aurora Sky

An Arctic RP

Your fur ruffles in the breeze. Your paws crunch through the leaves. It is cold, but still warmer than were you come from. The leaves are freshly fallen, and the wind whips about you in a furious pattern. You can hear soft chattering from up in the trees, and glancing upward, you see a small flash of silver dart from branch to branch. A monkey? You realize what you have done...you have discovered a special valley, inhabited by animals unable to survive the harsh winter's snow. You have found a warmer refuge for others, such as monkeys, and deer. The sun high in the air, you name your discovery...welcome to Sunrise Valley...

Underground Caverns

Home to the Arctic Foxes

Territory description:
The foxes of the Arctic will live in a huge icy cave, which is surprisingly warm. The outside may just be ice but the inside, the ground is visible there. There are many holes in the walls here, which is where the dens will be. The alphas den is by far, the oddest. It has a tiny entrance and then inside, it is huge. Stalagmites cover the cavern floor and there are a few places where there are not, which is where, the alpha has made her nest. The other dens are rather normal; they have flat floors and walls. There is another huge den, which is where fresh kill is kept. One last and very important den, is the medicine den, it’s not very large compared to the other dens, but it’s large enough. The ice cavern has many various tunnels leading to the outside, no one knows where they lead, but it has been confirmed to lead to the outside.

Ice Caves

Home of the Polar Bears

Territory Description:

The Ice caves are really just dens that the polar bears found. They are spread out over a large field of ice and snow, where the young polar bears are protected from any oncoming danger. the dens tend to go in a semi-circle, though some break the shape. There is a perfect view of the sky, and at night, you can sit and watch all kinds of wonders...

Bronze Mine Pack

Home of the Lynx

Description:

Bronze Mine Pack's main camp is in an abandoned bronze mine with many holes and tunnels. There is a large amount of bronze in the middle of the mine were the moon can be seen through a hole in the top. Dens are made in the holes in the wall and the fresh kill pile is down a path that leads into a vast chamber. The alpha's den is a cave-like whole in the wall near the bronze rock.

Pine Forest Pack

Home of the Wolves

Territory Description:
Pine Forest is like its name, a pine forest. It resides near the Bronze Mine territory. It's trees are covered in snow during the winter, making it possibly the most beautiful places in the land. Somewhere near the heart is a large, wide clearing that has a small lake in the middle. Dens are made in the stone caves that are dotted around the large, spacious clearing. In the middle of the lake is a small island with four large boulders on a small hill making a den. A small pathway leads to the island. This is wear the alpha's den is and also were he calls meetings. The medicine den is a large sequoia tree (Or the remains of it) that is fallen,hallowed out, and is now petrified.

The Story:
Years ago the wolves all lived in peace, but one evil wolf-witch, named Wista, was out to no good. She wanted to be mates with the Alpha, and when he turned her down for the beautiful Maylena, she put a curse on all of the wolves and their children, and their children's children, and so forth. The curse was that they had abnormal colors, unable to reside with other wolf packs because they would be considered freaks. That curse is still on today, cursing most every single wolf. Some though, are normal colored fur, but have the oddest eyes, or something about them is different then other wolves. Some may have steel claws or a venomous bite, who knows. Just all are different.

Sea Salted Banks

Penguins

Territory description:

Huge piles of snow, that has been compressed – strong and thick, it’s a rather safe place. This is where the penguins take shelter. There are lots of banks like this, most prefer to use them, but others, others try and make their own, it doesn’t have the same level of protection, but it is still equally comfortable. The land is not even close to flat, you won’t find a place without a hill. There is a huge cluster or snow banks together, which is basically their ‘camp’. These banks are classified as the alpha bank, the medicine bank, and a bank for the second in commands.

Silver Trees Pack

Home of the White Tigers

Territory Description:
The forest of the silver trees is a small meadow, and a beautiful sight, filled with plants. It is hidden within the vast forests, and the white tigers are the only creatures who know how to find it. There are large caves and dens for the tigers to sleep, and ponds for them to drink, bathe, and play in. The pack tends to stick together, with little fights.

The Story:
The pack started as only two or three wolves wandering in the vast wilderness. When they stumbles across the snowy meadow, they found hope. A good home was right there for the taking. They used this refuge, and for years, white tigers find their shelter and home.

Peak-top Clan

Home to the Snowy Owls

Territory Description:
The peaks were always to dangerous to get to on foot, so it makes a perfect home to the Snowy Owls, a large family of silvery birds. The top of the peak is always cold and snowy, and it's usually dark. The peak is filled with holes, just large enough for the owls to make their nests.
