Azilena looked around camp. She toyed with a thought in her head, and then slunk off into the forest after him.

Obviously she doesn't like you. Jeesh. He remembered the last time he'd talked to her, the time at the waterfall after she had announced Dune alpha male. Somehow he had convinced her he didn't have feelings for her. Who was he kidding? He had done it though, don't know how since he was a horrible actor. He remembered her pained expression which contrasted his fake cheery one. He remembered his words when she had apolagized, barely hearable because of the loud waterfall. "Well you like him right? Like him better than me?" She had nodded and he then replied, "Well then you should be happy that he's your mate. I'm happy for you." Only not for me. Then he had flown away.

He rushed past all the trees and bushes, every single thing he touched was turned to stone. I am a curse to the forest... he sighed inwardly, swallowing the lump in his throat. He would be back... hopefully....

Bryn nodded her agreement. "You haven't." She sighed. "You should come around more often, I miss having my best friend around camp."

"Oh, nothing it's just-" He cut himself off, something shiny below the surface catching his eye. Zyno dove down to investigate. He saw what it was; an oddly polished light green seashell. He grabbed with a paw, and surface again. He shook his head, and extended it towards Amber. "Um...here."

Azilena followed him, as swiftly and as fast as she good. She made careful note not to get too close to the rock trees, since the low branches were also made of stone...

He skidded to a hault, seeing a large hollow tree. He grinned and padded inside, at once he was inside a stone tree. He gulped and laid down, head resting on his paws.

"Thanks Zyno, it's beautiful." Amber said smiling.

Zyno smiled. "If you find a vine, and a sharp rock, you may be able to use it as a necklace."

Azilena stopped beside the stone tree Lakota had entered. She pricked her ears, to hear what he said and did.
