She winced in memory. "It's a long story." She hadn't ever told anybody this since she'd fled. "I use to be part of an old pack and well I became alpha female but I didn't love the alpha. I didn't really have a choice though." She laughed bitterly. "If you're announced alpha you're not going to say no right? Well there was another wolf pack and I didn't know but he was planning to take over it. Once our pups were several moons old, much too young, he took them to go attack the other pack. Only him and them. I tried to save my pups but they were all killed along with him. I didn't care much about him though. He was a lying theiving alpha. But my pups..." She shivered. "I got this scar that night and then I fled away and stumbled into you." She smiled slightly. "It's much nicer here but that's probably why I was so aggressive the first night. I wasn't sure what to expect right after that." | | | |
