the dance sounds cool! i think its like a ring jump.. except ours don't have a bent front leg... who knows.

Wow, that sounds awesome, Kala! I am doing a lyrical dance for jazz this year, and it's really awesome! We're doing all kinds of difficult moves...at one point, some people go into an arabesque and some people (including me) go into a turned in side developpe kick with a flat back and we have to hold it for a really long time and then quickly go in to an attitude. It is quite difficult for those in the developpe because you have to do a huge rotation of your hip to get there. It will look really cool, though. | | | |

I suggest taking ballet and jazz to begin with, and maybe hip-hop or tap. They are great classes to get going with because they always start with the basics.

SO.. I am not grounded anymore lol.
Fusion, our dance is AWESOME so far. I love it
Lyrical, I LOVE LOVE LOVE it. we are doing our recitle peice to Love Story by taylor swift, except it's an orchestra version. if you youtube Love Story orchestra version, it comes up. it's by this Jon dude lol.
ballet is probably my favorite right now, the peice is so pretty and fun! alyssa and I got to chorograph a bit of it
Jazz is getting better, I wasn't so sure of it at first, but now I really like our dance.
hiphop is getting bleh again. I got bored of our song, and now the moves are getting repetitive.
so thats basically whats new with me
I'm going on a cruise next weekend for 15 days, so I may not be posting  But I will be still dancing! there is a talent show I might go in, and there is ballroom classes I want to take. I'll also be doing yoga and stuff on the beach.
