If you are looking for light mystery reading, give JoAnna Carl's Chocoholic Mysteries a try. I recently read The Chocolate Cat Caper from the series and it was pretty good. Also, if you have a bit of a warped sense of humor, you might want to try Terry Pratchett's Discworld series.

I love to read especially over the summer so here are some of my suggestions

Anything by Meg Cabot especially princess diaries
The Shopaholic series by Sophie Kinsella bases for the movie Confessions of a Shopaholic She also writes other great books
If you are looking for romance you can't go wrong with anything by Nicholas Sparks
Harry Potter
Gossip Girl
A Great and Terrible Beauty by Libba Bray and the two sequels
Women's murder club series by James Patterson
Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants by Ann Brashares bases for both movies She also has a few other good books
Twilight by Stephenie Meyer
finally, The Alychemst, the magician, and the sorceress by Michael Scott

Enjoy your summer reading!!
