Different areas also pronounce words differently - it may not be mispronounced, just different! For example, when I am talking about Aluminum foil I say: "a-LU-mi-num" I have friends in the UK who spell it "aluminium" and pronounce it "al-u-MIN-i-um".

I know I also spell things & say things differently than my friends in the US as well. It is just a different culture at times.

Okay, sorry... I'm from the midwest, so we don't hear too many accents over here unless we're watching the Food Network. I'll try to be more careful of what I say.

The only fruit we have left in the house that I like is raspberries, and I think they went bad... 'cause you know, I don't really like apples.
