Oh, please pray for me. I'm feeling really bad again today. It's not that I had a particularly bad day, it was just a usual day. (Of course, usual days are pretty awful.) I guess I've been slapped, pushed in the hallways, laughed at, or let down a few too many times. Yesterday, a girl in my P.E. class slapped me on the face. Someone said she didn't want to be on her basketball team kind of meanly, and the girl who hit me cussed back at her, so I said "Please stop cussing. That's not very nice." I kept a level tone, I swear. And she slapped me. Today, she came up and hugged me like we were best friends and when I looked at her funny, she said "What's wrong?"" In an innocent voice. She probably didn't even know I was mad because that kind of thing happens all the time to everyone. I told her "Look, if you want to be my friend, you're going to have to be nice to people, especially me." She glared at me and left. Now, I'm even more scared to go to school than usual. I'm trying to stick up for myself and behave just like a would toward kids at my old school (who were much nicer), but it gets harder and harder. I'm not being mean to anyone, but I feel like I'll get in a fight just for asking people to please stop cussing at me or to stop bullying someone. It's frustrating.
