PBSKids refers to the kids shows on PBS. Cyberchase is one will sometimes watch after school. Some of the shows are like Sesame Street, but some are geared for school-aged kids. There is also a section of the PBS website for kids. It's all very educational. Take a look!

How's everyone doing this afternoon! I was looking at the first post, and our Jesus Freaks birthday was October 2!

Yes...we have 5 different versions of it on 5 different channels and stations. =_= We just have the basic cable which sometimes I hate, but I admit I like Sesame Street better than Wow Wow Wubzy...

Hey Jesus Freaks, I know a family that could use some major prayers.

One of my little sister's friend's mom's cancer has come back. Their family could use lots of prayers, especially since there are two kids. Please pray that God will grant them hope, strength, and courage during this trying time.

The interesting thing about milk for babies is that it can sustain you when nothing else can. I have a friend who is involved in the LeLeche League, which supports moms who want to nurse their babies. Did you know there are milk banks at some major hospitals? I never did! Anyway, her grown daughter had some kind of trauma and was hospitalized. She was wasting away, and her mom suggested some milk. That did the trick and she recovered!

When we are suffering spiritually, sometimes you have to step back and look at the basics. Once reminded of God's grace and love, then the tougher issues can be tackled. Thanks for posting the verse!
