Cupcake facts

All over the world, people call these mini cakes 'cupcakes', except in Britain, where they are called Fairy Cakes

Back then, Cupcakes were baked in heavy pottery cups.

The term for Cupcake in a dictionary is....
A small cake baked in a cup shaped container and typically iced

I was thinking of making those, but I don't have the mini cupcake liners. I wanted to add frosting but I ran out of butter. Cupcakes just aren't the same without frosting. :[
