Do you have Braces Pain?
~Take a painkiller such as Ibuprofin, Motrin, Advil, or Tylenol as directed.
~Use your wax - it helps.
~Eat lots of ice cream & smoothies! Soft foods are best.

Need help choosing colors? Here are some member's suggestions!
~pink & blue
~teal & purple
~orange & pink
~purple & blue
~pink & black
~blue & green
~purple & orange

If you don't like any of those, you could also try seasonal colors, your favorite colors, or sports team colors. Or get all one color, or mix the dark & light of the same color. Be creative & you'll look awesome!

List of Foods [Suggested] Not To Eat With Braces:
~popcorn, especially the kernels
~chewy carmel candy, such as Milk Duds or Sugar Babies
~carameled apples
~nuts
~corn on the cob
~toffee
~celery
~gum [most say sugar free is okay]
~carrots or apples, unless sliced
~ice
~gummy candy, such as Starburst, Laffy Taffy, or Gummy Worms
~hard candy, unless you don't bite it

List of Good Foods to Eat After Getting Braces On/Tightened:
~yogurt, ice cream, smoothies, milk shakes, slushies, popsicles, etc.
~oatmeal
~applesauce
~pizza
~eggs
~pancakes
~soft fruits or vegetables
~mashed potatos
~jello
