I know every girl is a american girl at heart. =)
girl of the year is Chrissa
she's here till december 28
THe first character we are going to start on is Felicity.[
she is independent.
She is a american girl from the colonial times. She is supposed to be proper and elegant. But she loves to ride horses and loved them especially Penny.
Her best friend is Elisabeth
Also known is Bitsy. She is a loyalist. Sometimes her and her older sister Annabelle don't get along cause she's so bossy. So her and Felicity call her Bananabell. You can find out more about them by reading there books or visiting the site. Last edited by Jennielou; 01-21-2010 at 12:29 PM.. Her time line is 1764.
She is a Nez Perce indian and as there children grow up in life they were
given new names to mark brave deeds or life shaping events. Her horse
is called Steps High who she goes to find when she lost her once.
She also has a puppy named tatlo
if you read her book s you can find out who tatlo really is. The book he's in is Kaya and lone dog. It's a very good book but you should read the whole series to really understand.Kaya learns that true leaders listen, respect others and learn from mistakes. Back then if 1 person was bad they all got punished and would get wipped on there legs. They use to call her nicknames which she soon got rid of.
They use to hunt buffalo, birds dear and all sort of animals.
They would use them for clothing and to make moccassins and they were food for them. They do not have grocery stores like we do today. They usually used bow and arrowsor sometimes they would turn animal bones into spears.
They also ate fish like salmon. Salmon do not live long lives cause once they grow up the females they swim and lay there eggs then die where they're born. The indians thanked the creatures for letting them have them usually. to learn more about kaya you can either read her books or go to www.americangirl.com and search historical characters and look up Kaya.
