Well for those of us who live where it snows it is finally snowing here. The weathermen are saying 1-3 inches but they don't really know for sure. It will all depend on if the storm shifts a little bit east or west what amount of snow we will really get. The weathermen are also watching a storm that is coming around Wednesday. Right now they are saying rain/snow mix/possible AM ice but things could change between now and then!!

The snow is really coming down now and laying on the back deck. I hope this winter to get more snow and no ice storms!! I don't mind snow but ice isn't fun. I almost fell last year trying to take the dogs out after and ice storm.

Just a reminder to everyone who gets ice where they live and using ice melt.....Ice melt is not safe for dogs. PetSmart and other places sell ice melt that is safe for dogs. I bought several containers of it last winter. I know it is a little more expensive but the money is worth it for it not to be toxic to my pugs!!

Anyone going out Christmas Shopping today?? I have to go grocery shopping sometime today but might hit a few stores. I just saw online at Best Buy a Wii game called We Wish You a Merry Christmas and it has elf bowling in it for those of you who remember the computer game elf bowling from a few years ago!! Best Buy only sells it online but some of the other stores like Game Stop have it available in the store for the same price!! I might go try and find it today!!

I wouldn't wait to long to get that toenail cut so the pad on her foot doesn't have a chance to get infected.

It looks like big rock salt that you put on top of ice on your sidewalks/walkways to melt the ice during the winter!!

In the game Elf Bowling you are bowling as Santa Clause and the Elves are the bowling pins!!

Karen guess what! My mom looked at Mel's paw. She noticed that Mel broke off the piece on her nail that was too long. (It was folded over and it finally cracked off completely) shes fine now! My mom said she might try to trim Mels nails with PettiPaws!
