Er, I don't know about my serves, but...
Just keep your hand spread out as far is it will go, and make sure you hit the ball with the full palm of your hand. Also, swing your arm as straight as possible, like a windmill. The better servers on my team seem to "walk" into their serve to get more power, so you may try taking a few steps during your toss.

We're clearing some trees to put in a volleyball court... I wish it didn't have to be sand though. Pavement is always nice.

I love playing volleyball in a gym, the ball has such a better bounce.

Ouch. I play backrow so I usually only have to worry about hitting the line judges. xD
