This game hasn't been awarding trophies for quite some time now (as others have mentioned it is not in the programming).

Well, you can't believe everything anyone says. No offense to her who said it. If it was retired there is absolutely no way to get it, unless you trade it or they do a Zingoz Fest or whatever they did before.
