any tips

I have only hit this guy over 600 1 time. I was wondering if anyone has some tips on how to do it. I can easily hit in the 500's. help

I won 2 trophys last night on my asian account. I can't get the timing right this morning though. I guess you just have to keep swinging and get the timing right. If you can get him over that 500 mark then that's the timing. Good luck. Did you win a trophy yet?
