as game of the day, what is the point?

I am trying to figure out the incentive to getting a bullseye in this game. so far it seems there is no advantage, if you hit it, you get 1 KC, no bonus for bullseye or close. I have never played this one, but since it is game of the day, I thought I would try. Seems a bit silly to me!
If there is something I am missing...enlighten me!

For every 400 points you get you get 1 KC, so if you hit the bullseye, almost every hit is worth more then 400 points, after awhile it adds up, if you miss the target you only get around 280 points.

Its a goofy game but I love it!
