I use the hints & wait for auto-shuffle.

I've only gotten to level 6. I used to be addicted to this game but I am recovering now. When I looked at my game stats and realized how many times I had played the game I went cold turkey.

I'm totally addicted to this game too! I've made it to level six I think.

One thing that works for me is to try as much as possible to start from the outside and work in, and always try to get rid of the very top tile as well. Another tip is to think carefully about when to hit the shuffle button. It is not always best to wait for the auto shuffle. I try to get the pile as low as possible before shuffling, of course, but when I see a problem developing (like, for example, I know two of the same tile are stacked on top of each other) and I am down to only about ten tiles, I may shuffle even if there are still moves I can make, particularly if the remaining tiles are well spread out and only have one other tile beside them.

I got to level 8 yesterday for the first time!!!! Usually, I can only get to 3. Finally some peace so I can tend to the house work....

hi ive got to level 6 twice but in doing so the 1st time i was then late for picking my kids up from school and i had to quit the game so maybe it would have got even higher. i play mostly on the purple tile game and wok from outside in.
