Highest Level On Tile Towers

i have reached level 3, i just can't get past that one

The highest level I have reached on Tile Towers is Level 5. I made it there today for the first time! I was so happy! Level 5 is hard though and I noticed that most of the time after you shuffle, that it makes it impossible to win. It puts the last two tiles on top of each other, etc.

Wow level 9. I have only gotten to level 4 one time usually only level 3
