I don't understand how to play this

How do you play this game? When ever I drag cards it doesn't drag.
When I click on the card it doesn't click.

I don't understand this, and was wondering if anyone could help.

you must click on the cards and hold drag to the card above or below example 2 on ace or ace on king yo only click on the pile when you can't stack anymore cards on top of each other. It doesn't matter what color they are just that they are in order.
the order = 2,A,K,Q,J,10,9,8,7,6,5,4,3,2 you can also go backwards

not neccessarily, you can just click on any combination that equals 11, you dont have to clikc and drag
